The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No. 130 of 2017 registered under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the serious nature of allegation in which the co-accused Dharmendra Kumar categorically stated that it was the petitioner who inflicted repeated chhura blow upon the informant while committing robbery and is an accused in two other criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though other co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

The application for bail is rejected.
