The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 366 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made to have kidnapped a girl and took away illegally. It has been said that the girl was missing along with jewellary and cash of Rs.80,000/-.
