Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Sakra PS Case No. 251 of 2017, registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that after marriage husband and others were making demand of further dowry of one lakh rupees and killed her by poisoning.

Submission is that the petitioner No. 1 is elder brother of husband of the deceased and lives separately whereas petitioner No. 2 is father-in-law and the allegation of making demand is not specific against these petitioners, now the investigatin is complete and the police has submitted charge-sheet.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners namely Dinanjay Kumar Mishra @ Dinenjay Kumar Mishra @ Dinanjay Kumar and Kishan Deo Mishra @ Krishandeo Mishra @ Krishna Deo Mishra who are father-in-law and brother-inlaw of the deceased having general allegations are is directed to be
