The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 427, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted by khanti on the head of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. Petitioner has received grievous injury. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.9608 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
