The petitioner seeks bail in Tekari P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her daughter went to attend the call of nature but she did not return. The informant alleged that the petitioner enticed her daughter. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the code of Criminal Procedure and she denied to have been kidnapped. She said that while she was going to the house of her maternal aunt, the petitioner Dhiraj Kumar came across with her. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21358 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 398 of 2016.
