This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2016 for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report is against unknown, more over, there is no recovery of the robbed motorcycle from the petitioner, as per the first information report, the informant's Passion-Pro motorcycle was taken away by the miscreants, but, at the instance of the petitioner one Apache motorcycle has been said to be recovered.
