Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed in this case, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.8.2016. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIII, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 57

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17958 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 of 2017, arising out of Aurai P.S.Case No. 128 of 2016, subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property in the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of trial and appear on each and every date, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
