====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Muffasil P. S. Case No. 309/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, marriage of the daughter of informant was solemnized with co-accused Rakesh Chaurasiya and thereafter, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is simply

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11881 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 victim of over implication. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and she has got no concern with affairs of the couple. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody since 11.07.2024. Petitioner is a lady, claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 13.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P. S. Case No. 309/2024.
