ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners being brothers of husband of the deceased are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 299 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Panel Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners are living separately from the husband of the deceased. Case dairy in the present case was called for which has since been received. The statement of the mother of the victim girl also corroborates that there was no demand for dowry.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances that no specific allegation leveled against the petitioners no. 1 and 2, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 299 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
