The petitioners seek bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case 116 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that five bottles of Royal Stag foreign liquor of 100 ml. each, 14 bottles of Royal Stag foreign liquor of 750 ml. each and 24 pouches Black Delux Whisky of 180 ml. each have been recovered from possession of this petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 20.3.2017.

Keeping in view the clean antecedent of the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21717 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners. The petitioners will file an affidavit that they will not indulge in such type of activity in future, and if they will find indulging in such type of activity, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled.
