The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/332 / 333/337/338/353/186/307/504/506/427/386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

The FIR would reveal that the petitioner was identified in the mob and no specific attribution is there against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 21.12.2019 be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11940 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.487 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
