JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 The present petition was filed against the order of cognizance as well as for quashing of entire proceeding in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case no. 40 of 2010. At the very outset, Sri Madhav Prasad Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, submits that before the court below after filing of the present petition, subsequent development has taken place. After framing of charge, trial has already commenced and in the trial, except the official witnesses, other witnesses have already been examined.

In view of facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that trial is going on, there is no need to pass any positive order. The petition stands dismissed.
