The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-grant of payment of salary due to apathy of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this is an old matter and as such it is difficult for the respondents to take any decision. They have to search out the relevant documents and only after discovery of those documents, the respondents would be in a position to take final decision. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.3742 of 2016(2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation including all relevant documents in support of his claim before the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Board within a period of one month from today and in case such representation is filed, the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Board is required to address the issue raised in the representation and take final decision within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
