The petitioners seek bail in Jogbani Railway P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that total 282 bottles of foreign liquor kept in a trolley bags were recovered from possession of these petitioners.
Seizure list has been prepared which bears the signature of petitioners.
Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21718 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 foreign liquor from possession of these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners at this stage. Prayer for bail of petitioners stands rejected. Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
