No. 4902 of 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Patna.

Ground for cancellation of bail of opposite party nos.2 to 6 is that they had given an undertaking that they will keep her and give share to the petitioner of this case and thereafter they have ousted her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion, if there is any violation is any condition for grant of bail, the petitioner shall move before the Court, who has passed the order and as such, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move before the learned Sessions Judge, Patna, itself.
