Petitioner seeks bail in Moffasil P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the written report the petitioner made firing causing injury in the leg of the informant. From the written report, it also appears that the occurrence took place on account of land dispute. It is mentioned in the impugned order that the injury report was not available in the case diary. No injury has been caused on any vital part of the informant. The petitioner is said to be in custody since, 25.02.2017. Considering the above facts and circumstances,

No.21182 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Moffasil P.S.
