This application under Article 226 is directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.11929 of 2013 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 against the order dated 11.04.2013 passed in Title Suit No. 287 of 1997, whereby the learned Court of Sub-Judge-4, Saran at Chapra rejected the application dated 01.04.2013 filed on behalf of the plaintiffs/petitioner to recall the order dated 17.08.2012, whereby evidence of the plaintiffs was closed with direction to recall the witness of Jwala Singh without cross-examination. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
