Petitioner seeks bail in connection with GRP (Bakhtiyarpur) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor has been put on Test Identification Parade. He has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.
