ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.164 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 182, 189, 283, 353, 504, 427 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether ridiculous allegation has been made against these petitioners that they had blocked the road and prevented the traffic from crossing, no further allegation of obstruction has been made to the police or any body.

No.16620 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Baheri P.S.
