ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No.213 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, it was the son of the present petitioner who had entered into an agreement for the alleged sale of the land and not this petitioner.

In view of the nature of allegations made and that there appears to be civil dispute, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9253 of 2016 (6) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,II, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.213 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
