The petitioner seeks bail in Dighwara P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is an employee of financial company, who has stated that on 31.10.2017, he was going towards Manpur village on his motorcycle and at about 12:30 pm three motorcycle boarded criminals came from behind and pushed him and thereafter snatched his bag by putting pistol on him and also fired and fled with Rs. 67,586/- along with some official papers and he informed his office and thereafter he was taken to Government Hospital for treatment. FIR is against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.14257 of 2018(4) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case except his own confessional statement and confessional statement made by coaccused there is nothing incriminating material against the petitioner to implicate in this case. It has been further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and is in custody since 06.12.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017.
