JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is named in the First Information Report but there is only allegation against him that he took the deceased from his house prior to his murder. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
