JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.07.2019, seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, dated 01.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in the confession of a co-accused person.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11374 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has not yet been put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial MagistrateVIth, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019.
