The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.Case No. 130 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that due to land dispute, accused persons assaulted the informant's side and specific allegation of assault against the petitioner is of giving a Dab blow over the head of the informant causing injury.

Submission is that admittedly there is land dispute between both sides and both sides quarreled and there is case and counter case and the petitioner also sustained injury and the sole injury found on the person of the informant attributed to the petitioner is not by a sharp cutting weapon rather by hard blunt

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Harendra Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016.
