The petitioner seeks bail in Naubatpur P.S. case No. 214 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation the name of the petitioner surfaced in the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused persons but petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that even though the petitioner is in custody for about eight months but he has not been put on T.I. parade, the petitioner, above named is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10649 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. case No. 214 of 2019.
