Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in the case only on basis of suspicion by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21239 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017.
