Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of commission of assault and injury at the head of Lalo Mukhiya, the deceased is against coaccused-Ramanand Mehra.

The petitioners allegedly assaulted to the husband of the informant.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17289 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Uda Kishunganj Police Station Case No.164 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
