The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of abducting the minor granddaughter of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 19 years, the Court assessed her aged 17 years but during medical examination of the informant the Doctor found her aged 17 1⁄2 and 18 1⁄2 years. She has also stated that she of her own married with the petitioner and a false case has been lodged by her grand-father. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9304 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.
