Petitioner is accused in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 registered under Sections 461/379 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to grudge, enmity and local politics. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016.
