Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 427, 435, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case. The petitioner caused injury with Farsa at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury. The allegation is general and omnibus against 19 persons including the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
