JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 17.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25964 of 2017 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order but, he failed to surrender as, at that time, he was out of country. He further submits that the petitioner has now returned to India and is ready to surrender and prays for extension of time for surrender. In that view of the time, further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below. This application is accordingly disposed of.
