The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 384, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of demand of ransom money and threatening to implicate in the false case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in

Prior to lodging of the present case, the petitioner and several other villagers had filed a petition before the S.D.O, Khagaria against the informant for black-marketing the foodgrains. Hence, as a retaliatory measure, the present case has been lodged against the petitioner. It is further submitted that after making enquiry, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 384, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IVth, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 157(C) of 2019, subject to the conditions as
