JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 478 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case between the parties and the informant and one other sustained injury and the injuries were found simple in nature, though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of petty issue. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioners named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12309 of 2015 (2) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 478 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri B. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saharsa subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
