Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.734 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner and he is in custody since 05.12.2016. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused Manoj Yadav @ Manoj Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 01.05.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.15638

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail by submitting that the father of the deceased has named the petitioner also.
Considering the aforesaid facts specially the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
