This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the contents of the First Information Report that because of petty dispute, an occurrence took place on 21.01.2015. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In view of the nature of allegation and the genesis of the occurrence, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
