The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 441, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.

The allegation is general and omnibus of obstruction in discharge of official duty and damage to the public property against 46 named and 400 unknown persons.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of the

No.14223 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 allegation and the statement on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Maner Police Station Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
