Petitioner is accused in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 186, 307, 504, 506, 427, 386 of the I.P.C., 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 27 of the Arms Act and section 67 of the I.T. Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 11940 of 2020 on 28.02.2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2019.
