2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons got issued a SIM card on the basis of false documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no allegation that this petitioner ever misused the SIM card in question and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Ziradeyi P. S. Case No. 41 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
