This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No.49 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.38929 of 2025. The aforesaid order dated 25.06.2025 reads as under:- "Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12606 of 2026(2) dt.23-02-2026 2/2 connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was last seen with the deceased and thereafter the deceased was killed. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2025.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected."

Considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that no fresh ground for grant of bail is made out, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The trial court is directed to frame the charge in the case at the earliest.
