Petitioner retired on attaining age of superannuation on 30.6.2016.

Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that he has not been granted the benefit of ACP and also non payment of post retiral dues.

Considering the fact that petitioner superannuated on 30.6.2016, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to finalize the entire dues admissible to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5494 of 2020(2) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 petitioner including the benefit of ACP, if not already paid within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to payment of interest @ 9% from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
