Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act. A loaded pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of nine months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/successor Court in connection with Jhajha Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21461 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Case No. 234 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
