JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 327 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happen to be younger brothers-in-law of the deceased. The marriage of deceased had taken place with coaccused in the year, 2007 and she died due to burn injuries in the year, 2014, so, the aforesaid fact clearly goes to show that the deceased spent her married life for more than six years at her in laws' house. The first information report reveals that the deceased was upset due to illicit relation of her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 327 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
