The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.675 © of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. On appearance of the O.P.no.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre and the report is available at flag 'M', which discloses that the dispute has been resolved as per the memorandum of the agreement and it further appears that the petitioner has already paid a bank draft of Rs.1,10,000/- to the O.P.o.2 and he will pay Rs.1,15,000/- within a period of two months by bank draft in favour of the O.P.no.2 and the terms of

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.4.2019 is extended for a period of two months and once the petitioner deposits Rs,1,15,000/- in favour of the O.P.no.2, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed.

Let a copy of the memorandum of the agreement be sent to the learned court below for the needful.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
