The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (F.C.I. O.P.) P.S. Case No.23 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was dealing with the customers at his shop, three miscreants armed with weapons came there with motorcycle and looted an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- cash and mobile phone and thereafter fled away.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023. Co-accused Raja Kumar @ Raja Mahto has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.47120 of 2022.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 2nd, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (F.C.I. O.P.) P.S. Case No.23 of 2022.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Chakia Police Station, District- Begusarai on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
