The petitioners are in custody in connection with Shrinagar (Pujahan) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, Trial No. 3192 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354, 354 ( C), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners and informant are relative. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for nearly three months, let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Abhishek Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, District- West Champaran, in connection with Shrinagar (Pujahan) Police Station Case No. 61 of 2017, Trial No. 3192 of 2018, subject conditions that bailors should be family members of the petitioners.
