JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,379,354 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant being school teacher and snatching golden chain from her neck. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner due to complaint made by him with regard to poor quality of mid day meal. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Considering the fact that counter version of the occurrence is after 11 days of the occurrence, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13263 of 2015 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
