The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The recovery of liquor is not alleged from possession of the petitioner or from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
