The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no direct allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that the direct allegation is against co-accused Ashish Yadav. Petitioners have

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Nalanda in connection with Rahui P.S.
