This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 137 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 21(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 08.02.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.32371 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused namely, Amit Kumar Tiwari has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. For the reason recorded in the order dated 08.02.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.32371 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22963 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 2020, this application is also allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
