Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 registered under Sections- 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 13.01.2017, 15.02.2017 and 10.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.
